Formulation of Cost-Effective Module for Housing schemes in Kerala.

The Government of Kerala is in its pace to achieve safe and secure housing for all in the State by implementing several housing schemes in Kerala. To ease the hurdles in the implementation stage and to complete the housing schemes within the allocated time and fund, a module for the construction of houses and apartments including plan and estimate with detailed specification of all building materials which are affordable to the beneficiary shall be developed.
